Confidence Cohorts is a practical, research-informed small group coaching experience designed to help high-achieving, self-aware individuals stop letting performance anxiety run the show and build lasting confidence from the inside out. We blend neuroscience-based tools with real-time coaching to help participants reduce self-doubt, regulate under pressure, and strengthen self-trust. The goal is for every participant to leave with greater clarity, calm, and consistency in how they lead, communicate, and show up in their lives and work.

What to Expect

Confidence Cohorts follows a six-month arc designed around three pillars of sustainable confidence: 

  1. Align Your Energy: Learn how your brain processes confidence and start building internal stability through neuroscience-based tools.

  2. Scale Your Confidence: Apply your confidence tools in real-world situations and practice using your Confidence Fingerprint™ in action.

  3. Prepare for Pressure: Strengthen your ability to stay grounded and clear under stress while maintaining your sense of self. This is when you actually stop faking confidence and start living it. 

All program components include embodiment teachings so that confidence becomes something you feel and access in your body, not just a concept in your brain.
